In relation to the giver of power, here is one of many verses that emphasise that.
Psalm 62:11:God has spoken once,TWICE have I heard this:that POWER BELONGS TO GOD.
This verse shows the majesty of God and that not only is he the most powerful being of the universe he created,but also the CREATOR of this power.When we recieved Him unto ourselves and surrendered our lives to Him he trusted us, but not only this gave us as Christians His AUTHORITY to rebuke,cast out demons and as you remind us in Luke 10:19 to live an overcoming life over the enemy.

The Holy Spirit gives us the power to battle the enemy to overcome all sin, and to do all the things God calls us to do.
When we submit our will fully to God and do things His way, by hearing and obeying, we can overcome everything. We must hear God, and obey God to receive all of the blessings He longs to send us, including Holy Spirit power.
When we are faithful, God is faithful.

GOd has given us the power to overcome the enemy.
God has worked miracle through Jesus. God can work miracles through us also. God has the power.
Without God being with Jesus, Jesus wouldn't have bare the pain on the cross, he surely wouldn't have risen from the dead. This happen all because of the Power of GOD.
