It's times like these that make me say,
Lord if you see me please come my way.
Leavin bread crumbs for when I stray
Rely on sacrifice and the price you paid
Feel me like a fingertip
(flow fingertip flow fingertip)
Sometimes I fall I slip
Got a heartfelt desire be more like you
Trying not to quench your fire by the things that i do

My life be like ooh aah ooh
Dum dum diddy
Here comes that boy from the capital city
Last up on the Grits new ditty
But eight bars of the truth will do, eh
I believe there's a pride thats stunning,
And I believe in the kingdom coming
I believe if you seek the truth,
You don't need to look far cuz it's gonna find you

That is just 2 exceprts from the song Ooh Aah - Grits. It's a good song, there are some other rap groups out there preaching the Gospel. If you have heard any of it, do you think it's good?

I think it is, I don't like contemporary Gospel music, but I like this for some reason.

I created Christian Rap as a way to force people to hate rap.

Rappers are funny, they would be the first in a poetry class to declare its "gay" and walk out but all of their songs are just poetry with a certain beat.

Any music that preaches the gospel is fine with me.

I believe Christian rap is referred to in shorthand as C-rap.

*Edit* -- Since everyone who has answered up to this point seems to hate rap, I just want to say that I love it -- I think it's great. But I don't like this.

Just another reason to dislike Christian music. I hate rap. It is so monotonous.

Yea, I've heard some before.

It sucks ***.

I mean, rap by itself is total crap.

But then when you squash it together with Christianity.... ugh.
