Because Bill can afford the best possible security system in the world. Yes, there are some things that can stop even Chuck Norris, for a moment. As soon as he figures out the system's weak points ("Aha, the platform is Windows ME!") he'll be roundhousing his way through the manse, followed from room to room by "Walker, Texas Ranger" theme music, until he finds Bill, cowering in his vault behind a pallet of Euros.

Bill Gates made a shrewd deal with IBM at a time when IBM did not think that Personal Computers would ever amount to much.
He was in the right place at the right time.
I fully expect to see Chuck Norris in heaven.
I'm not so sure about Mr. Gates.
So 1,000 years from now . . . . and that is what really counts.

Because Chuck Norris knows he can go roundhouse kick a couple of million out of him any time he wants.
Chuck has better things to put in his pockets than all that money.

Chuck Norris doesn't need money. He takes what he wants, when he wants it. And throws in a roundhouse kick as payment or punishment depending on your point of view.
