I'm sorry your daughter has cancer; I can only imagine your pain.

But while a healthy diet is always important, there is no actual evidence that any particular foods either cause or prevent cancer.

I had been a vegetarian for 26 years and then a vegan for 8 or 9 years, always eating organic where possible with plenty of fruit and veg when I was diagnosed with grade 3 cancer. Cancer doesn't discriminate.

Again, I'm so sorry about your daughter; but please don't make her feel she is responsible for her own cancer. Having cancer is hard enough without guilt, and she isn't responsible.

Sometimes the only foods that a person dealing with cancer can tolerate are foods you may consider unhealthy. Having gone through chemo, and radiation. I found the only foods I could eat were scrambled eggs, potatoes with lots of butter and sourcream or gravy and pasta with marinara sauce. Either because of mouth sores or other foods taste rotten. The important thing is to make sure your daugher stays hydrated and tries to eat something, even if just a bite or two, every day.

Your question doesn't make sense to me. But cancer is defiantly not cause by food. And eating healthy when you have it wont make any difference to your outcome. Cancer itself will make you feel tired not the food!!!! of course eating healthy would be an advantage, but cancer zaps your energy and makes you feel crap. People who tell you diets cure cancer are having you on.........................
