God can't be disfellowed. If God gave a message to the prophet, it would be followed. Only the prophet has the right of revelation on behalf of the whole church. At times he has changed existing practice to conform with Heavenly Father's will.
A member who talks against the teachings of the church may expect the Bishop to interview him to learn why he has these views. Depending upon the nature of the disagreement it can effect his standing in the church. I can refuse to sustain the Relief Society President and it would be different that refusing to sustain President Hinckley. In either case, I would not be allowed to use the pulpit as a forum against them.

I believe what you mean is that would you be excommunicated if you gave a talk on sunday that went against the teachings of the LDS church.
