If you really had a case against him and awesome lawyers, and the money to PAY for such lawyers you could probably manage to sue him. "Mind invasion"? What on earth is that? "Brainwashing" won't quite cut it on the dance floor of the courts either unless he's leading a cult and you suffered harm from it.

No, Chuck can never be sued, consider yourself lucky that chuck has only brainwashed you. If he wanted to, he could make you die with a simple thought.

Sure you can. But be ready. He can countersue and request punitive damages for filing a frivolous suit. If he wins, you get to pay for his attorney and yours plus any punitive damages the court chooses to award him.
