Adding Nav & Music Box to 2008 Pathfinder SE?

Question

I just got the 08 Pathfinder SE base model (which is all I could afford at this time), which this year come standard with the 7" LCD screen for the backup camera and vehicle info, radio control, etc... Can I later intergrate Nav and Music Box to that existing screen thru Nissan or an aftermarket company?

Unfortunately NO navi or MP-3 player interface in 2008, 2005/06 was different. Navi used a DVD player and special softwear and Audio Visual switch that your truck is not wired for. A case for always ordering a hard loaded with all the options truck...
