Not sure about the first one, but c'est la vie is French, and the equivalent English expression is "that's life." "C'est" translates to "this is," and "la vie" means "life." People say "c'est la vie" when they've encountered an unfortunate situation but can't do anything about it so must accept it.

"C'est la Vie" - this is French, and it means "That's Life". Remember that song from the late 80's?
"Que sera, sera" - this is Spanish, and it means "Whatever will be, will be." Also a song.
