Are you looking for something Halloween related or something that's fast. If you're looking for super-fast, I'd go with hot dogs. If you're looking for something Halloween themed, I'd go with this recipe -

I don't know much for like meals, but I know a good dessert.
Cool Whip, Reese crunchy bars, oreos, and bananas. Chop up everything and blend it into the Cool Whip. Put orange food coloring in it. Freeze it for like an hour. Lay the little spider rings on top, so people can easily get them off.
It's halloween-ish, and it tastes good.

Whatever you make, make it so it fills them up and they won't be in their candy (hopefully) as much.
Hot dogs and macoroni and cheese.
Pizza (buy a few on sale at the grocery store)
Make them something they love so they'll eat, they will be to excited to get out there once you get your first trick or treater.
Have fun and Happy Halloween ~

If you just mean a normal meal that cooks fast - I'm doing pasta - - - sauce fromt the jar. It will only take 10 minutes.
If you mean a "Halloween" type recipe I got nothin.

Hot dogs throw in the frying pan, and then topped with cheese, and on the side chips or store bought potato salad or cole slaw.

I'd have to go with hotdogs too, we buy bryans' split them in half lengthwise, fry them split side down, lay open on hotdog bun and cover with everything you want! Then we bought waffle shaped french fries (ore ida I think) and plan to cover those with cheese! After that it is trick or treating!
