I don't know how oil breaks done when heated.

I have a fish allergy and I do know that I can't go to a fish fry because the fish gets in the air from the oil.

On the other hand, I believe most fast-food places uses vegetable-based oils now, so it would not raise your cholesterol levels. You need to consume ANIMAL products to consume cholesterol.

So, really, it depends on the type of oil being used.

I'm not sure but I think the only way you can raise your cholesterol by working over a frier is if you drink the oil while you work. I wouldn't recommend that, mainly because you would burn yourself.

Ummmm, pretty sure you don't absorb fat transdermally or by breathing it in. You have to actually eat it. Although grease ON your skin from fast food places can give you acne.
