well...it could be he has never seen one before & doesn't know what to do. So, he tries making a joke out of it. If you really like this guy, you may turn his lame antics into something more 'productive'.
Say, " Instead of honking, you know what else these babies can do? Let me show you..." Something like that....be creative. If this guy just annoys you, just get rid of him.

If you dont want to say it straight, set the mood differently...
show him touching you is all in the 'touch'...
the more he caress' you the more you enjoy it- fake it if it helps, be sure to let him know you hate the honking, by puttin the bra back on... leave the room to change. keep it on during sex. he'll soon ask why...
jus take his hand and at the same time as kissin him to stop him honking place it on your breast and smile slightly, but not too much to stop kissing, then move his other hand down on you....
he'll soon realise honking gets him nowhere but nice, gentle, loving grazes gets him doubly satisfied, him and knowing you are too!!
Probably easier than it sounds. You could just tell him in a few months.. you generally do start tellin eachother wat you do and dont like after about 6-8 weeks.. upto you if you choose to wait!!!! x

He sound like he might be either a complete jerk or he is still "Boob Nervous". By "honking", he is alleviating his tension and nervousness when being confronted with the boob.
You already know which one he is.... if he is a jerk, ditch him NOW!
If he is just "boob nervous", then you need to tell him that it completely kicks you out of the mood when he does that - and if you are NOT in the mood then DON'T DO IT. He will quickly get the picture. You can even tell him that you understand he is "boob nervous", and that you are hear to help him get over it...

Sorry doll, if he is doing his 'HH' thing after the first time, then it appears you will HAVE to hurt his feelings...
Although you could (while eating lunch) just say " by the way, see that honk honk thinng you do, It makes me feel bad so stop it".
(no please or thank you, it should not even be formed as a request so don't go there)
I have to say though, what a friggin idiot.
Once is possibly a time too many!!
One final thing, at least he doesn't ask for 'Bitty'....!!!
Good luck with it though...

Just tell him you don't like that and he should respect your feelings and stop. Doing the "honk honk" thing is something a young boy would do not a 24 year old man! If you haven't said anything obviously he doesn't know it bothers you so he continues to do it.

Just say it. He is hurting your feelings and your mood, why let it go on and on? Although, the grabbing his balls and saying "beep, beep"suggestion up above has a certain appeal, too. If you did that, he might get the idea that it's not fun to have your body parts made fun of.

How about, "Dude, seriously? If you think that's helping your chances you're wrong. How about you go play with your legos for a bit and when you think you're ready to be a man and spend some time with this beautiful woman you just let me know?"
You can say it playfully without hurting his feelings and it should get him thinking a bit.

Not a compliment. He's testing your boundaries, to see how you react if he crosses the line. Your response should leave him writhing on the floor, promising that he'll never, ever even THINK about doing such a thing again.
