Ummm....well, October 30 2005 was 1 day more than 2 years ago, so I'd say your dog is 2 years and 1 day old.
I'm no math genius, but I think that's right.
ADDED: Oh, allrightfine. If you're asking about the "human years" thing, go here:
http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/age.htm
The 1 = 7 years thing is crap.

The old adage was 1 dog year = 7 human years. However, after a lot of studying, this has been revised. Dogs mature must quicker than humans, and a new "rule of thumb" and table were created:
Based on this, your dog would be 24 human years.
Age of Dog  "Human" Years
5 months = 10 years
8 months = 13 years
10 months = 14 years
1 year = 15 years
2 years = 24 years
3 years = 28 years
4 years = 32 years
5 years = 36 years
6 years = 40 years
7 years = 44 years
8 years = 48 years
9 years = 52 years
10 years = 56 years
11 years = 60 years
12 years = 64 years
13 years = 68 years
14 years = 72 years
15 years = 76 years

the dog was two years old, on October 30th...
a year is 365 days, and so that computes to 2 years old.
small animals age faster than we do, and so some nut decided that an dog is 7 years old for every normal earth year.
