Yes I have........
We ended up not having anything in common.......and the lifestyle I used to live wasn't very becoming of a Christian so.....I chose to stop hanging out with him.
It hurt at first.....and I was accused of alot of things but.....God provided me with better friends because of it

Yes, I've lost friends before when I told them I was a Witch. It hurt, but I realized that if they are going to judge me for who I am, then they really weren't true friends anyway.
I have always tried to be tolerant of people with other religions because of that. I've had friends who were Atheist, Hindu, Christian, JW, Agnostic, LDS, Pagan, Wiccan, etc.

I've had friendships with Christians end when they find out I'm an atheist. However, my wife is an agnostic semi-pagan, so obviously I accept people with different beliefs.

no. but i can see how it can happen. if your values and beliefs differ from a friend's, then the closer you become to each other the harder it will be to compromise. plus u shouldn't compromise on things like that if they're truly near and dear to your heart.

I almost lost my MILs friendship when we got saved...She wanted us to take her and attend her church and I tried to explain to her,,,that her preacher was not teaching the full gospel....that we would not fit into her church, believing the way we do...she finally go over it, but it was a hard time for us.
