Two days ago, I bought new shoe laces, as the old ones were about to break. Today's goal is to improve my hygeine, coz I just found out that it is ME, and not my friend who has body odor!

I sat in his car and about fainted! Didn't dare mention it to him...but then this morning, I smelled the same awful stench, and learned that I need to get cleaner!

Is setting this "one small improvement per day" a good way to make life wonderful...or is there a better way?

What have you found as a way to live well?

Setting goals to improve oneself is the best way to go and it is best to start small and go from there one step at a time. If we try to take something big on at first failure is most likely which is very discouraging.

Body odor isn't always about whether a person is clean or not. Sometimes there are medical reasons. Another step would be to check into all possibilities connected with it.

It's truly amazing to me that folks cannot see the connection in the rise of unhappiness, uncleanliness, unfriendliness is in directly correlation to the decline of faith in G-d and following the worlds best guide to improving life, the bible.

Reading the Bible is the best :-)
