your question is too vague, you need to provide more detailed information on the types of foods that you are consuming and in what quantity.

If the homemade bread isn't cooked completely, the doughy middle can upset your stomach. Maybe you're eating too much in one sitting - try eating several small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones. Also, you might not be getting enough fiber, or you could have a condition like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. If you continue to feel this way, you should visit a doctor and get some relief!

this could mean a number of things, I would suggest going to see your GP. I had the same problem and went to the GP and was tested positive for wheat & gluten intolerance. I was getting really bloated after eating almost anything. If you look on packets you will surprised to find that wheat and gluten appears in most products and the symptoms you have advised are those of this allergy. This allergy is very common so pop to your GP and they will tell you the next steps. If your symptoms also include stomach cramps this may also be a sign of irritable bowel syndrome, best to get checked!

Internal body cleansing can help.
I've done the cleanse several times. I've had good experiences each time. I have lost weight too. My stomach feels a bit flatter and
I notice a slight weight loss - 3-9 lbs
I sleep better
Better skin complexion - clear up everything
No more fullness after a meal.
I will definitely try it again in a few months.

You are probaly getting too, full. Try having broth with veggies w\o the bread. You should also try warm lemon water or a relaxing peppermint tea. Also, your food will not digest properly if you are stressed or doing activities that change your body mood right after eating.
Suggestion: you should try a calming activity after a meal. This will help in the digestion of your food.

Got the same problem myself, especially after my evening meal (which is when I tend to eat the most). I've been diagnosed with IBS though - speak to your doctor. You'll probably find it's something you've got to live with as opposed to completely eradicate, although some foods are worse than others.
Good luck.

Maybe its from the Vegetables and Meats....that may be the bloated part because veggies and some meats give you gas....the tired part I have no clue.

Sounds like a wheat intolerance to me. Why don't you try cutting anything with wheat or gluten in it for a few days and see if it makes any difference.
