You might have to do the following:
1. Investigate what you were doing at the time of the possession. What happened before and after? As well, what occurred during the alleged incident? Was it out of character?
2. Leave open the option that your possession may have been nothing more than a physiological response to something other than a demon or spirit.
I would tend to lean toward you being the reason for whatever it was you experienced.

Um I think if you are spewing pea soup that's a sign....and floating and your head rotating in a circle. Also the deep voice that sounds like a demon as opposed to your normal voice.
