Genesis 3 says:

8 They heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden. 9 Then the LORD God called to the man, and said to him, "Where are you?" 10 He said, "I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself."

He makes noises while walking

God has a heavenly spirit body. This body has a specific location just as we are accustomed to with our own.

His Holy Spirit is what is omnipresent to the extend of going beyond the borders of the universe. Where ever anything is, there his Spirit is also.

In Judaism G-d does not have a body. The passages you cite--as well as many others--are meant metaphorically, as in "You shall not see my face and live." This is not interpreted literally at all.

Both. He is spirit and he can manifest himself any way he wants, even as flesh and blood. Jesus was man and God.
