The extra stout is a little higher in alcohol and has a slightly different taste. A porter is a completely different style of beer.

The Draught has the little N20 cartridge in there to carbonate the beer - similar to a Guinness poured from a real tap. The extra Stout is carbonated naturally in the bottle. IMHO extra stout in a bottle in undrinkable.

There are many different types of Guinness beer available on the market today. The recipe varies slightly based on the market where it is sold. Some versions made for export contain a substantial increase in alcohol by volume. The basic difference will lie in taste and alcohol content.
Porter is an entirely different style of beer. Currently, Guinness does not produce any beers in the style of a porter.

There are basically 2 types of beers, Ales and Lagers, and in these 2 categories, many styles and techniques. Ales are top fermenting beers that brew at temperatures between 60-70 degrees F. Lagers are bottom fermenting beers that ferment at colder temps between 35-45 degrees. Lagers are your typical domestic beers, and more popular examples of these are Heineken and Pilsner Urquell.
Guiness draught is an ale. The dark color and flavor are from the multiple ingredients in the wort. Guiness is actually a low alchohol content for a beer of this style. Extra stout (an ale) is heavier in flavor and alchohol because it is fermented longer. A porter (also a type of ale) will have a longer fermentation process giving it more body, flavor and alchohol. Legend has it that this style was first developed as a happy accidental blending of soured ale, brown ale, and weak ale.
