I'm falling for a guy who has been recently divorce. According to the bible the divorce is allowed because there was adultery involved. Problem is he was the one who committed it. I don't want to hear that i shouldn't be falling for a known cheater. I've already forgave him for that. I am trying to followed the rule of the bible and i wanted to know if i could marry him without becoming a adulter.

Honestly, you need to learn to find the good in people. you don't necessary know the entire situation. once a cheater is not always a cheater. People change and no i am not a naive person, but someone who believes in humanity and that people in general are good and allow they make mistake you must learn to forgive. Like how GOD has forgiven us for our sins once we truely and whole heartly accept jesus christ as our lord and savior.

All sin is forgiveable and everyone deserves a 2nd chance....

If you love him.....marry him.

God does not condone divorce but........he does forgive all sin through His blood.

Edit:
2 questions....
Is he a believer?
Did this divorce happen before or after salvation?

so you forgave him...big deal...he cheated once and is fresh out the barn...

wait a good long time before getting involved with that....

be friends, nothing else..he needs to get him self right with God first...

and since he did the wrong the ex is free to remarry...he is not...

Sweetie, follow your heart! If you truly love this man, and he truly loves you.....than that alone is a gift! You shouldnt let others views or opinions get in the way of that. His past indiscresions with his wife are just that......PAST!

Ignore the bible.

If he cheated once he will do it again unless there has been some major changes in his life.

According to the bible, no. Perhaps you should seek counseling before you decide.

If it is Love go for it.

He deserves a second chance.

But if you catch him with his phallus named bill in your girlfriend mouth named Monica!

then you know it was all false!
