Some country in Europe didn't sign the treaty of Verseille. On paper the country was still at war with germany for at least 20 yrs or more. I need to know what country that was.

Gettting my facts straight. This was from World War I. This was just a technicality on paper, a legal thing. Hostilites or even grudges didn't exist anymore.

The United States signed the Treaty of Versailles, but the Senate never ratified the treaty. The United States made a separate treaty with Germany, but in 1920.

Russia also never signed the Treaty of Versailles, making a separate peace with Germany with the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk in 1917.

Russia never signed on to the Treaty of Verseilles after WWI. They only had a cease fire with Germany, but after the war end it did not matter because Germany was to weak to start anything new until WWII.

I think the treaty that ended WWII would have end WWI aswell.

Maybe they are the USSR cuz they had a large grudge against the Germans that destroyed their city during Operation Barbarossa
