you need to go around to the shops that are near you, look at the rating on the wall and look at thier art in the books they provide you on the front counter. whichever one pleases you, go with that one

okay, this isn't by any means the closest tattoo shop but it probably is one of the best. cat tattoo in addison texas. it's a 2 hour and 45 minute commute.
