I have a 3/4 pom 1/4 maltese, looks like a full pom, looks nothing like a maltese. If I we're to let my pom mate with another purebred pom what will that produce? 0.5 / 4 ?
Is my pom worthless 3/4 1/4 maltese?

It would be illegal to be selling them as poms since you didn't even start with two full registered poms. The puppies will be a mixed breed just like your dog. They are not poms and can't be titles poms. You can call them a mixed breed and say they have pom in them, but that they are not pure bred and will not include papers which all pure bred dogs should come with.
The best action would be to have your dog fixed and leave the breeding to the professionals.

It would be, as you stated, a mixed breed. It's not registered, so it doesn't matter. As for advertising them, it would indeed be wrong to advert them as full poms when they're not - not to mention you don't have papers for it, so you're not going to get anywhere near the amount of money I'm guessing you're wanting. Your best bet would be to alter your pom mix, as it's not a purebred you wouldn't be breeding to "better the breed" as a good breeder would, it sounds more like you'd be breeding to trick people and sell them a mixed breed dog for the price of a registered purebred.
And if you honestly think your pom is worthless because of this, then give it to me, because I ADORE poms.

If you advertise them as a pure breed dog than they can sue you when they find out that it is not. You could also be charged with fraud. Also the Designer Dogs are 1/2 and 1/2 (and still a mutt) anything less than that is a Mutt and most people wont pay for a mutt unless they get them from a rescue or they have had shots and been wormed and you wont get much money for them.

2 different dogs with very distinct health problems mating, answer 1 dog very susceptible to both of the breeds health problems.. This is why there are so many dogs in shelters being euthanized. Don't do it. Plus every litter a dog has greatly increases their chances of developing mammary cancer, and other illnesses by 80% did you know that?

Your dog is not worthless, because it is a trusted companions, but you will not be able to sell the puppies for pom money, because you do not yown a pom. You are the proud owner of a mutt. Welcome to the Club:)

In basic terms it's a mutt. But if you want to get fancy...it's a Designer Breed. I still wouldn't pay more than $100 for a mixed breed, but some people are wackos and will spend thousands on those type of dogs.

I'll probably get slammed for this.. but why breed? there are thousands if not millions of homeless dogs. Please reconsider this. Even if you are able to find great homes for the puppies, those are homes that will no longer be available for the current homeless population.
Not only that, but why risk the health of your dog. There are risks with breeding.. and you could end up with problems instead of puppies..

I don’t really care what your dog would be, but you’d be a total sh!thead if you added more animals to this world when we already have to ethanize millions of cats & dogs each year because there aren’t enough adopters.
