What is the most attractive thing about a woman (personality or looks) and what turns you on/off?

It's not the looks or the personality. It's the attitude and the way the woman carries herself. For example when a woman wants to show off her hips she'll swing them back and forth to draw attention. Nice legs, she'll wear shorts that will show them off or a flirty skirt. You get the picture. It is all in the way a woman presents herself that makes her attractive or unattractive.
Having an arrogant attitude is a definite turn off for me.

Man that is really hard to decide because there are two things that turn me on about a woman. First its her personality she can be a little concede but not too much. I like it when a woman is down to earth and honest because then I can tell her anything that is bothering me and she would be okay with that. Also, I like a woman who is energtic but not perky because I don't like a woman who thinks everything is sunshine when it is raining. Also, I do not want a woman who is submissive but who can reason because I like a challenge and playing rough to get what I want lol. Sorry about the last sentence if it was inapproiate. Now, looks that is good to have because everyone woman on earth is beautiful but remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For me, I like a woman who's hair is blonde or brown doesn't matter to me really. What really attracts me is the hips and buttocks. However, not to go over board SOME meat on the hips and not the whole package lol. Bosom can be any size. Also, if the woman is in shape that I like too because that means she takes care of herself and loves herself which turns me on.

Personality, but if I haven't had a chance to get to know the woman (and therefore can't evaluate her personality), I'm attracted by looks in the following order:
I notice face and hair first, then boobs (really, I look at the head first... honest!), then overall figure.

The first thing I notice are always the eyes and lips. After I get to know them though, their personality is the most important. My biggest turn-off...uh...probably a conceded, self-centered attitude toward ones self. I can't stand girls who constantly talk about themselves. Oh, and being over dramatic...I don't like that either.

If anyone says looks arnt important have had a bad experience recently.. Looks are always important to a point. then personality comes in. If the person is gorgeous but is no fun to hang around then why would you. SO i think looks then personality

Personality is number one. It doesnt matter if a woman is beautiful...if shes a total ***** or if she cheats on guys all the time, its not really worth it to even know her.

Turn ons - the sparkle in her eyes, a fun loving attitude, a great sense of humor
Turn offs - poor hygiene, bad teeth, whiny or bitchy attitude

Eyes I look at the eyes first and then yes typical guy, her personality : ) if she doesnt have a personality it just is not right....
