Since people can't be property, they can't be stolen. There could be dishonesty and deception associated with her trying to lure him away, but it's easy enough to stop...all he had to do was say "no". If he left it was because he wanted to. He's not worth the pain you'll endure trying to figure out "why". As best as you can, just move on. Good luck to you.

No, it's considered being immature. Your ex bf isn't a thing, which can be stolen. If he were brain dead and unable to think and act, THEN it would be considered stealing.
