Because God is a Creator not a magician. He ordained the laws of nature, and He is not out to be breaking these laws. What we consider as miracles are also governed by these laws. It's just that we can't explain how yet.

They will claim he heals, because spontaneous healing of healable symptoms/problems cannot possibly happen, our bodies aren't adapted to do such a thing since evolution never occured.

you might have a misconception of praying. when praying, people are only supposed to ask for things that are NEEDED, not things that are WANTED.
also, if God went to the trouble of setting up the natural order of things, why would he then go against it?
