Do you mean volume?

If you mean volume, its the area of the circle (pi times 1.75 squared) times the height (11cm)
But if you mean the length then it's a trick question because the length would be the same as the height (assuming it's a cylinder)

If it has a diameter and a height it must surely be cylindrical in which case the length is the height.
