depends on how deeply you feel about your convictions, which i am assuming is not to deep since your considering the position.
you may not be working with the patients, but you are assisting the clinic in obtaining its goal

The rule is this, it is a sin to assist or help procure an abortion for someone else, helping in any way for the termination of the unborn child is gravely offensive to God.
However to work in an abortion clinic soley to care for the patients health needs is not assisting in the actual abortion.
Even processing the data required for the abortion is helping in the process of abortion.
You should not be a part of this terrible sin before God,you probably have the talent to do a hundred other jobs in life instead.

It depends on how wrong you think it is.
I think that abortions are a bad idea. However I do respect the woman's right to have control over her body and what happens to it. I would have no real problem working in an abortion clinic.
Only you can answer this question because only you know how you feel about this.

It depends...
If you work at an abortion clinic... even if you have no contact with patients, most of the people around you will probably have a positive view on abortion.
You would have to make sure to keep your opinions completely to yourself - otherwise, you'll be sure to have a confrontation with somebody at some point that might jeopardize your position.
And who knows - it might be educational to see the other side of the story. I think whether it'll fortify your view or make you see a positive side to abortion, it could prove educational.
If you can do it without trying to confront people about their opinions, I'd definitely say go for it.

Doing any work for an abortion clinic, even if it's non-patient related (bookkeeping, janitorial), is enabling abortions to happen.
If you really think abortion is wrong, you would refuse the job, even if it set back your career for the rest of your life. If you are one of those people who think it's only wrong to abort your own babies, but everybody else's babies are fair game, then by all means, put your career first.

What does it benefit a man to win the riches of the world if he losses his soul in the end. Could you in good conscience support the act of abortion by working at a clinic, gleaning the blood money of the unborn? I think you should study your own feelings and than truthfully answer the question for yourself. It sounds as if you are already questioning this moral dilemma or you would not have aired your concerns.

No, you shouldn't because it should bother you that you are supporting something that you don't believe in. Maybe you don't really think abortion is wrong for everyone, just wrong for you?
Good jobs are hard to find, so I think you should really think through you feelings about abortion.

Only if your career is more important to you than your morals. For example, what if I told you that the best investment opportunity of all time was investing in the porn industry, but you had a problem with it... would you invest and support it, even though you thought it was wrong? Two ways to avoid the moral conflict: If your mind changes about abortion, though, then there wouldn't be a moral conflict. If you don't take the job, and don't change your mind about abortion. Good luck.

Matthew 16; 26 says
"For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"
Yes, you could improve you career. But how will you feel seeing mothers walk in to the clinic and know that they are coming in to murder their babies? Even if you are working behind the scenes you still have a role in supporting and facilitating the murder of innocent babies.

Are you insane?
If you think something is immoral, why would you want to profit from it? (regardless of what that "something," is?)
I'm against smoking. I think it's evil, and wrong. I could make a lot more money working for Phillip Morris, but I don't, because it's wrong. I would collect aluminum cans from the garbage at .49 cents a pound, before I worked for Phillip Morris.
Why would you want to support something you think is wrong? Is money that important to you?
