wear nice but comfy. I wouldn't, personally, wear heels only because it is bleacher seating. Dress in layers, it can be chilly, but if it is very crowded it will get warm. Remember that whatever you wear will be a reflection upon your DF. so nothing trashy. a nice pantsuit or skirt with a sweater set is appropriate.

Here is the best I can do. At my last ship reunion in Chicago this last September we went to a graduation at Great Lakes. I saw people dressed in anything from shorts to jeans to summer dresses. But I did notice that the ones that went to meet their new sailors after the graduation were dressed in the summer dresses and not to causal.
This is going to be a big day for him. After all those weeks of training it is a real honor to graduate and become a part of the US Navy.
Being it is in December it is going to be cold. I would ware something that is not to causal or formal. He will probably be wearing Dress Blues. It is a special day form him. You know him better than I do. I would say how about a mini skirt and a tank top, just kidding,
Being a man I will tell you what I think. You might want to ask your girl friends. But I think, due to the time of year, how about a navy blue suit. Long pants, or skirt, and a jacket over a white blouse. It will be close to what he is wearing.
Oh, as a heads up go very early. The traffic backs up really bad trying to get onto the base. Get there early and you get to sit closer to the graduates. You will able be to see him better.

It is a a very respectable ceremony. Don't dress to casual. It's not a formal event for the visitors, but it is a big deal. I think Pants and a nice shirt would be fine, but not t-shirt and blue jeans. Besides he is going to want to introduce you to his new found friends and his higher ups. Dress like he was taking you to dinner at a nice resturant to meet his parents for the first time.

I would dress as you would if you were attending a high school graduation. Just like a high school graduation, this is a very big day for your fiancee.

I went to my husband's a few years ago. He was my fiance then too! Anyways, I wore a nice skirt and top. Nothing too sexy or revealing. You have to remember that what you wear and how you act is a reflection on your fiance, so you want to be appropriate. But do have fun!
