I already gave you the correct answer to this question. Why are you asking it again?

You need to get your heart rate to 120 BPM or higher to burn fat. The longer you exercise after reaching 120 the more fat you'll burn. Put your fingers on your pulse and look at your watch for 15 seconds. Once you are at 30 beats in 15 seconds, you fat burning.

It doesn't matter HOW MANY...it is only HOW LONG YOU DO THEM FOR!

1000 a day. There...since your a kid and you have to have an answer...there it is. 1000 a day for 14 days and you'll be all set.

Since jumping jacks are considered cardio(exercise that speeds up heart rate) it will take about 1-2 hours daily. Also you'll have to eat healthy as well. Drink plenty of water and take 1 minute breaks when you start to feel tired. If you want any weight loss support please email me at bluehippy15@yahoo.com. Hope i helped!! See ya!

1,000,000- I would think it almost impossible for your body to sustain that motion long enough to lose 3lbs. per week. You don't start burning fat till you've been exerting for at least 20min. so I would say a minimum of 30min. each time, but I don't think I could do jumping jacks for thirty minutes. I would try running, or swimming.
