I am following a super healthy workout and diet routine and have lost 7 pounds in 2 months which is not enough. Is it cheese whichI am eating everyday. I only eat very very less quantity of goat cheese. What cheese is best other than cottage cheese?

First, 7 pounds in 2 months is about right on target. The norm is about 1 pound a week, like it or not so you are doing good.

You like cheese? I think Mozz is one of the least fattening, although not very tastey. Compensate somewhere else in your diet if you can. People who deprive themselves of their favorite things usually fall off the wagon and HARD. Give yourself cheese but do it in a responsible way. Instead of shredded cheese on EVERYTHING, limit a slice to a sandwhich or some on your salad.

If you go overboard on the cheese on day, make yourself a deal that you will do 5 extra laps around the track that evening. It's all about the give and take.

I'm kinda the same way, I love milk, drink at least 1/2gal./day. I switched to skim milk and I don't think it makes that much of a difference in my goals. I would go find some lowfat cheese, or just some kinda diet cheese...lol, it'll probably taste like **** but other than that I can't tell you what to do, cheese is bad news all around, you should try to quit.

make sure your cottage cheese is fat free as well... also tastes like ****.

Most cheese is fat based if not all. Plenty of health shops sell non dairy cheese and non dairy cottage cheese, or mail specialists. Vegetarian cheese/vegan cheese is in the 0% fat number, and it's saturated fat that is the culprit.
I wouldn't worry too much about your intake of cheese but do find out about the alternatives it may well appeal to you.

Try not to eat too much cheese but you can still eat Skinny Cow Mozzerella Cheese, it's "delicious and nutritious". You could also try for 1% or skim milk cheese. Also, how are you eating goat cheese? That stuff is NASTY!!!

If you limit your cheese to 1 or 2 ounces a day, you can eat any cheese you want. The key is just to limit it and not go overboard with it.
