Yes i've had them and would definetly use them again. They offer fair rates I was 18 and purchased my first car using them. my rate was 8% and for a 9k dollar loan my payment was 191.10 and no downpayment was required. Everything went smoothly and i've never had an issue with them. Even if you have bad credit they will work with you. And it takes aprox. 15 mintues to be approved. www.capitaloneautofinance.com

I have my credit card with Capital One and that has been good - low rate - although I always pay it off. They also phoned me when someone tried to defraud my account. So security is good. I also have my saving in an online account - and it pays a better interest rate than anyone else - except maybe Icesave.

We have two cars financed with Cap One Auto Finance. One was used and one was new.

Both times, they were the lowest available rate. We have had no problems with the company.

I hate to say it but I would recommend them.

Several years ago i attempted to refinance my truck through them, they ended up losing my title, which gave me time to persue other avenues of refi. I ended up joining a credit union, and getting about 5% less on the rate. I suggest, before you go through cap one, to check this out:

Many credit unions have open enrollement and require less than 100 in an account to join. Give it a shot.
