which is it your cousin or your sister? or do you mean your cousin's sister because umm that would still be your cousin and calling it your cousins sister isn't going to make it any less so. sorry to tell ya. its not just gross but there is another good reason that blood does not mix with blood and that is your child will come out very messed up and deformed. There is no maybe. It will happen.
