well you can either cry every night or try get the crumbling thing sorted out, but here is one thing you should remember if your life crumbling around you involves people as being part of the reason, they may not be on the same page as you, the way to fight depression is to wake each day and make a decision are you going to be happy today or be nasty, it helps really ask yourself before that shower and make a decision and remember that decision affects you in the long term , and you know when things are not working out you think about them the most at night and ask yourself if it is worth all the drama, and go see a doctor

Antidepressants will help you cope but are only a short-time answer. You haven't actually said what it is you are depressed about and therefore I can't comment on the problems, however a good talk to your Doctor will certainly help you and is a good start. I went through this some years ago and have managed to come out the other side, so I know how your feeling. Whatever you do, don't give up and remember the worst day of your life is ONLY 24 hours long and when you reach the bottom there is only one direction you can go - UP!

Maybe you have "Insomnia" , in fact, is a common symptom of hormonal imbalance and related sleeping problems may have many causes, but the usual suspects are:

* Sleeping problems like difficulty falling asleep, trouble staying asleep and restless sleep are common in women (For women only ) in perimenopause and menopause.

* Chronic stress.

* Alcohol, caffeine, or carbohydrate consumption, especially in the hours before bedtime often result in sleeplessness. It’s a common mistake to eat a late dinner that’s high in carbs.

* Conflicts, worries or problems that create anxiety and that we have avoided dealing with or haven’t been able to resolve happily.

Hey buddy, you may have these symptoms above so keep it in mind. No worries and take it easy! God bless!

I'm in the same boat as you,got about five major problems at once,feels like there's no way out but there is,see your Doctor for help,that's what I'm gonna do,and if you can,treat yourself to something that you like,or book a holiday for something to look forward to.

What happened? You should get a friend or family member and tell them whats happening because not so long ago a friend of the family died and yeaterday I was reminded of him and I cried so much that day and I turned to my mom for help and she helped me so much because I got it out and my mom was there to help. So get someone you trust to help you and it'll make you feel so much better.

Ooh dear poor you, might be best to go to your GP for short term help, maybe friends and family can help too, a problem shared and all that, all the best, hope you get through this difficult time xx.

Sit down and take stock of your life.
List all the good and bad things that are happening and work out how to get rid of the bad and build up the good.
You can do it.

i've been reading all your answers and they all seem quite negative. i know how you feel. i know it's easy for me to say that, but believe me, i've been there, done that, got the t-shirt. you have to learn that this is just one moment in your life when you don't feel 100% and that things will get better. hey, if things can get better for me, then they can get better for anyone. really. and whatever it is...well to quote some random person off hollyoaks "it won't hurt forever, i promise".
