It is called "Spaghetti Junction" it is on the northwest side of Atlanta. It is where I-285 meets up with I-85. (there is lots of overpasses looping north & south & merging & unmerging those 2 interstates, hence the name spaghetti junction). It can be quite the traffic headache no matter what day of the week but it is horrible on Fridays!

The term "Spaghetti" when used in reference to a highway usually means where 2 or more highways, with their associated transition roads, meet or cross. Most large cities will have some version of this type of interchange.. In Atlanta, Georgia it would probably be where I-20 and I-75 / 85 cross.

I think you mean the Graverly Hill Interchange on the M6 motorway at Birmingham England. It is called Spaghetti Junction in the UK after a reporter famously said it looks like a plate of spaghetti when flying over it in a helicopter afer it had just opened.
