It has to be NO caffeine at all, so not decaf coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. And, herbal teas are out too. I was thinking steamed milk could work, but what do you put in steamed milk to make it taste good??

I can't do caffeine either, so I drink hot apple cider. It's fat free but has about 120 calories in an 8 oz cup. It has many of the same health benefits as a whole apple.

Warm milk could make you tired. You might want to reconsider caffeine free coffee, and tea. There are a lot of different kinds of caffeine free tea out there.

Ungirl; I cut out coffee a while ago, so I know it's hard. I was drinking a drink(no caffeine)made out of flowers and herbs called Roastaroma made by celestial seasonings
it tastes a bit like coffee and is a good replacement........good luck

Most herbal teas contain no caffeine, so you should be able to find one that would do. Personally, I'd go for chocolate, even though it has a bit of caffeine.

I am caffeine sensitive and have been this way for my entire adult life.

If you want a good hot drink to wake you up in the morning, peppermint tea will get you going.

If you want a hot drink to "relax" with in the morning, peach and ginger tea (available in the grocery store) has ginger to wake you up, but a mild, relaxing flavour.

Best of luck.

there is a hot drink called Postum. I am not sure what it is but it smells a bit like Coffee. My mother drank it while I was a child. It is caffeine free.

You can sprinkle nutmeg into hot milk.

You could also try a spoonful of jam for a hot milkshake style drink : )

Fresh ginger and lemon, with honey if you like. (In hot water, not milk).

Try vanilla essence in milk.
