That is just Christian scare tactic type rubbish, what gives those blockheads the upper hand all the time, with their, we are right and you are wrong attitude.? Oh I forgot, they slaughtered their way to their present position, silly me, I do keep forgetting how murderous they were, in the name of their one true God.

actually it depends on ones own heart and faith. a person
can be driven to it through abuse or medication. or it
can be outright murder disguised as suicide. it depends
on the circumstances and the problem. if it is done to
get attention then if one dies one is responsible. if one
does it because one can't tolerate sexual or physical
torture than the abuser goes instead of the victim.
only YESHUA can read the heart. don't tempt ADONAI.
suicide is throwing away the gift of life!

As a hard-and-fast rule, yes ... simply because suicide is giving up hope and faith as well as taking a life away (eventhough it's theirown, but it is murder because no one has control over any life) ...
But God is also merciful ... suicide in most cases is an abnormal mental behaviour that derives from mental ilness or emotional torment that is beyond the peson's hands AND THEY ARE UNAWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING, in this instant, God will judge accordingly.
Good question, but we should never into the realm of God's judgement .... if you are thinking about it, please discard Satan's trick to distroy you.
God bless

Though that is the general assumption in Christianity, there are no exact or specific words in the Bible stating that suicide will lead to Hell.....people are just putting words into Yeshua's mouth, I suspect he would not like that.....

There are Different Kind of Suicides, E.g

According to Islamic Point of view, If you committed suicide in the way of Allah, like People from Iraq are doing nowadays on Americans, It is Called Sacrifice, you will Of-course go to Heaven and be rewarded by God.

But if you committed suicide because of , Hunger, Bad Situations, Disturbed or due to another problems, than you will be thrown to the dark age of Hell, and will remain there for ever and ever and Everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............................................................................................................

I believe the Catholic Church teaches that - not sure about other Protestant Denominations.

My belief?

Only God knows - but it is hard for me to accept suicide is an "automatic" ticket to hell. Surely there is some allowance for serious mental disturbances or emotional distress?!?

Any person who does not have the righteousness of God imputed to them on account of Christ is cut off from God's blessing. So whether you decide to go on living, or decide to commit suicide, make sure you get in touch with God before then. If you do that, among other things, God's Spirit will help you to overcome suicidal tendencies.

We are responsible to preserve our own life for God's honor and our salvation. We are stewards, not owners, and life is not ours to dispose of.

Suicide contradicts the human tendency to preserve life. It is gravely contrary to a love of self, a love of neighbor (because it breaks ties of family and friends), and love for God.

If suicide is committed to set an example (especially to the young) the act assumes the gravity of scandal. No one can voluntarily cooperate in another's suicide. Grave psychological disturbances, anguish, grave fear of hardship, suffering or torture can diminish responsibility.

Because God can always provide an opportunity for repentance, we should not despair of the salvation of the person. The Church prays for those who have committed suicide.

Jesus is our example. he died for us

if you look at scripture it says

1 John 3:16
Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Jesus laid his own life down

HE COMMITTED SUICIDE

he wasn't killed he gave up the Ghost

John 19:30
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

he willingly died for you.

If suicide sends all to hell then Jesus is there

it does not.

If your saved your saved by the merit of what Jesus did not what you did

He earned it so you cant lose it
