I would go with either chocolate brown velvet bolero, or velvet black or another idea would be a gold shawl or bolero. Also a cream satin shawl or bolero. If you go with the gold, wear gold shoes or have satin shoes dyed to the color of the dress and wear a gold clutch bag. If you go with chocolate brown velvet bolero then go with a chocolate brown silk beaded evening bag and shoes dyed to match dress. Same with black velvet. Have shoes dyed to match dress. It will look lovely

Go with the autumn colors. A gold one would go well and is of course more elegant than some plain color. I don't know what color shoes you are wearing, but you could match them. You will almost have to take a little swatch so you can match something. Not all golds are the same.

Mocha...Hmm...I suggest a light, silky black pashmina or shawl...I know your probably thinking..Black at a wedding but it's more of an accessorie, than the main outfit. Wear shiny black high heels aswell to match the shawl..and small gold earrings and a thin gold bangle...Tossle your hair!
Good Luck

A cream colored (cashmere) pashmina would be lovely.
If you dont want to splurge on cashmere, department stores often have blended pashminas.

Its not hard to find something for that color. Cream, pink (any hue), dark brown, or perhaps blue.

Try David's Bridal. They have nice "cover-ups" in all kinds of colors.
Here are a few:

The next ones say bridesmaids, but I don't see why you couldn't wear them:
