I can only make one suggestion based on my experiences. Look up the rituals and practices involved in building and holding a Native American sweatlodge. There are definite practices, based in a sort of Zenlike mindset, governing the placement, gathering of materials and installation of the sweatlodge. The students would then participate in the ritual, which uses a dark, sauna-like atmosphere to cleanse the body and mind through literally sweating together, chanting and singing. There is no need to make it into one or another religious systematic practice. You could sing hymns right alongside chants and also practice visualization in the dark atmosphere. It would require waivers, of course, as the sweating portion may be hard on medically challenged folks, and there is a firepit that must be maintained (also in ritual manner).
Spirituality "skills" would be hard to teach, so you might want to focus on creating ritual situations or posing spiritual questions or defining a meditational atmosphere and allowing the students to focus on something or to chant or to practice zazen (breathing meditation-no mind).
I hope some of these suggestions help. You have a tall order there!

For anything to be taught, there has to be a teacher that has a sense of exploration, and there has to be a student that is capable of learning. There, learning becomes a product of relationship between the teacher and the student (eventually, one does become one's one's teacher/student),
Topics that lend themselves to being standardized can be taught with standard modules, as are taught in schools. Topics that defy standardization require patient exploration that is unique to each relationship. I think you should begin by developing and exploring relationships with your students, finding out their interest and capacity for spiritual matters...perhaps you might someday be able to develop ceratin modules yourself.
Best of luck.

If you mean Christian spiritual "skill", you may look for the book The Healing Touch of God by Agnes Sanford.

I've never actually heard of being able to do this.
The Holy Spirit of God will teach the individual believer by Himself.....this isn't something that can be written down step by step in a manual

There is.... ONE.... Universally AVAILABLE..... But MOST Reject its TRUTH!
IT is called the BIBLE....!
(Luke 4:4) And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written that "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word of God."
AND.....
(Romans 13:9) For: "Do not commit adultery; do not murder; do not steal; do not bear false witness; do not lust;" and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this word, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
Thanks for Asking ! RR
