he has been late 2 hours before, 4 hours before, and yesterday three hours. at the end of the 3 and four hours he never came i just gave up and went home, and he told me "oh i overslept blahh blaahh blaaahh..." when he made me wait four hours last time he apologized alot
this time i texted him saying if he loved me for real, he needs to stop doing this to me, and he didnt even say sorry. maybe he did but just a pity one...
once i was late 15 minutes he got soooooooo worried
i never made him waiting on scheduled dates more than 30 minutes
if i ever did longer, it was on dates when he called me at random un-planned times to meet him, and even then it was max one hour...

what do i do with him?

These people are right. He doesn't respect you or your time, he is insensitive and he is definitely up to something. Hours late-come on now. If he wasn't up something, probably another woman, why would he get so upset when you are late 10 minutes and he's late by hours? Are you sure this guy isn't married? That may seem far fetched but married guys are normally always late and are difficult to reach at times and make up lame excuses and are good at not letting you know, for a while at least. You should let this guy go. It sucks but it is the truth. You just sent him that text about loving you and stopping this behavior, give him another chance and when he does it again, and he will, leave him. I bet he's married.

Wait for a certain amount of time, then leave. 15 to30 minutes is long enough. Let him contact you when he decides to show up. If this goes on all the time, then that shows that you are not that important to him. If he cares he will change, to make sure he can spend time with you.

Dump him. If he allows you to wait for him that long, he is insensitive.

Get without him, as soon as you can! He doesn't respect you one iota! Sorry to be blunt, but that's how I see it.
