To sell my skills for the most I can get for them~~

On a job interview this means the interviewer wants to know what you want to achieve on the job, how you would like to progress, what kind of positions you would eventually like to hold.

He is only trying to see how clear you are in your goals and how you see this job as a stepping stone to achieve your goals in the organization. They are only looking to see if you will stay on the job or will eventually leave the organization. Every question asked has a meaning, always see what the employer is seeking, he wants good committed employees who will stay, you may eventually leave but dont tell him so, I am sure if you get a better pay else where you will leave. but keep that within you.

tell whatever is ur aim---lying also is not a problem. But whatever you answer, u have to tell confidently; and keep yorself prepared to give a justification also.
and, I would suggest telling something related to your carrier is the best option--- u can say something like u want to be see urself as a director of this company in future! Some sort of like that...

Thanks,
Somu

Say something that you believe is your aim.
You cannot keep one aim internally, and say other for interview purpose.
If your aim is to help others by building an Old age home, say it!
If your aim is to be an Actor, say it!
What is said truly makes us feel guiltless and strengthened.
