just have ALOT ALOT ALOT of water and had 1 cup of coke zero a day and walk every day for about 5kms

pls dont say its un healthy im just trying to find the fastest weight losse possible i know it will come it back i just nneed it gone for the moment THANX

A diet consisting of high quantities of water and 1 cup of coke zero. I thought that I had heard it all.

If you're trying to lose weight.....water and coke zero are not going to help you at all.

Cut your calories and incorporate more fiber into your diet. Exercise and take a multivitamin because the average diet is deficient in vitamins and minerals. Sounds too simple? Well that's a GENERAL way to lose weight that works for everyone. Incorporate lots of cardio, e.g. running, jumping rope, and cycling.

And it's ok to cheat on your diet once a week for one meal. It keeps your mind in check. Imagine spending all week on veggies. You'll begin to see your favorite foods flying around you. Like on Sunday eat some cookies with a cup of milk. That doesn't mean a liter of milk and an entire box of cookies.

Other handy tips are to eat slowly. Believe it or not it takes a while for the stomach to tell us when it's full.

There is an interesting fact, the less you eat, the less you lose.
Your body starts to hold on to every pound because it thinks it is starving.

So you MUST eat low calorie, healthy foods every day.

On a healthy weight loss plan and exercise (it can be walking). You can expect to lose 2 maybe 3 lbs. per week.

This isn't even worth answering. Learn to eat healthy all the time and exercise. There is no quick fix; there's only ways to a quick grave.

you could at least eat fruit or somthing. and running would be way better than walking. youll probably loose twice the amount you want.

mariann is right the less you eat the more your body holds on to that fat becasue it goes into a starvation mode!!

Do it long enough and you'll die from malnutrition, probably not what you're after.
