Do you guys remember when you started watching wrestling, and for what reason?
I remember watching raw with my dad some time ago,
becoming hooked up gradually,
and then eventually became the avid wrestling fan i am today
Also, who were your favorite wrestlers when you first started watching wrestling?Are they still your favorites, or have they quit/retired?

I used to love it back when the rock was still around too
whether on the mic or in the ring, he'll always be one of the best

I started watching it when i was 2 in 1995 because my brother was a big fan he put the wrestling on i didn,t no anything about wrestling at that time and when my brother cheered for this one move that happened i looked at the screen to see what it was it was diesel powerbombing shawn michaels.I was like this is awesome and i started to watch it.
My fav wrestler at that time was bret hart and the undertaker.When i got to 1998 i started to like the rock and he became my favorite wrestler untill he retired then i liked the undertaker again

I started watching wrestling back in 1950, when it was still a sport not a bunch of soap opera's, and wrestlers who can't really wrestle. When you had a match back then it was for real. Of course you had some of the crazys like you do now, but the women could wrestle and didn't have to rely on boob jobs to get noticed. The rivalries were great, There were so many good wrestlers I wouldn't know where to start, Gorgeous George, The Valentine Brothers, Haystacks Calhoun. Sailor Art Thomas, BoBo Brazil, I could go on and on. Of for the good old days again

I've been watching wrestling for as long as I can remember. Like you, I started watching with my dad...I probably started when I was 4, in the mid '70s. I remember watching Andre the Giant wrestle against Haystacks Calhoun. I remember cheering for Chief Jay Strongbow and Ivan Putski. I was a total Hulkamaniac when he burst onto the scene. My favorite wrestler of all time though is Bret Hart. Sadly, he is retired from pro wrestling now.

Started watching wrestling in 1997.. The first match I saw was involving the New Age Outlaws and then Road Dogg became my favorite because he was good in teh mic and funny in the ring. Then I liked The Rock, nWo, Austin, Jericho so on and so on.....

my dad started to go out with someone he met at hospital they moved in 2gether and my dad gf's son is a huge wrestling fan so everytime i went over i ended up watching raw + sd the 1st match i remember seeing was on my bros rr 04 dvd hbk vs hhh LMS the 1st ppv i saw was summerslam 05. My first eva fave was big show that was when my bro had the sd shut your mouth game i didn't watch wwe then so i chose him as my fave simply cus he was well big. When i got into it my fave became Cena and my worst was Edge but now my worst is Chavo he annoys me sooooo much

I started watching wrestling (Georgia Championship Wrestling) in March of 1981. We had just gotten cable a few days before and were going through the channels and ran accross it and liked it. Some of my favorites were Ted DiBiase, Tommy Rich and the Junkyard Dog.

I was at my cousin's house watching TV in 1999 and i saw Rikishi doing the Stink Face and i thought it was hilarious so i just started watching it from there.Also on that Smackdown episode i saw Kane and i thought he looked cool so he became my favorite.Kane isn't my fav anymore because he's no longer dominating and there's no mystery behind him,I'm also starting to watch TNA more now.

In 2004 justafter vengence, during the Hardy/Kane/Lita angle because i suddenly liked violence. I did first see it in 1997 though at my mates house. My fav wrestlers when i first started watching were evoulution. As time went by i bought ecw, hardy and dx stuff. so my fav wrestlers now are dx and vkm because they're always making hilarious segments like the one between hunter and vkm at nomercy
