Count your blessings that you still have your grandma and enjoy her while you can because they don't live forever. Yes grandmas are suppose to be nice - that is their pay off for being a mother! You see their grandchildren are their toys. They can play with them and spoil them when they feel like it, then send them home when they get cranky, but mothers have to deal with their kids whether they are cranky or not, that's why I said "being a grandma is the pay-off of being a mother". And yes, my grandchildren love and trust me ;-)

i trust my grandma but sometimes think she doesnt really know what shes talking about, as we can be talking about something serious and she will tell me that the shop has shampoo 1/2 price or that mr someone at no 13 has got a bad knee

I wish my Grandmas were still here. I miss them both. When they were still here (before they both passed away), I found their advice to be worth listening to...and taking to heart.
They were always right.

I actually can't trust her anymore because she has dementia. I used to trust her 100% before though...

not really...
im SURE she has rolls of $100 bills stashed up in that cupboard... and my mum used to tell me that she would lock them out of the house and send them to the milkbar when a certain male "friend" would come and visit...
