He's a CHILD, for crying out loud. The press does not identify him, he's not even close to the age where they "would consider trying him as an adult".

Everyone, no matter if they are Republican or Democrat, "Neocon" or "Liberal", learns not to play with matches. This kid got one heck of a lesson in fire safety. I'm hopeful the DA will go easy on him.

only from the mind of a liberal...lmfao...no i wouldnt put him in gitmo...i would however get him the mental health help he and presumably you could access. using the same logic would you want to release an al qaeda terrorist to the custody of his parents??? it goes both ways.

thank you for demonstrating the acute and vital need to vote conservative this election, we couldnt have demonstrated it so vividly without you. anyone who compares the threat of al qaeda to a juvenile for poltical posturing is simply very chilling in depth and scope.

In all likelyhood he is the child of some wacked out Liberal So. Californian whose mother rather than watching the kid..was out doing crack. California is predominantly liberal so the odds are good this little mutant is the demon seed of a lib. GITMO works for me.
