we live on the main street. it's pretty busy with cars. but, our neighbors no longer pass out candy. we never really get a lot. most of the trick or treaters like to take the small streets with all the decked out houses and less cars. yes, i wish we had more. i think maybe last year we had 25(?). most of the kids weren't even from our neighborhood.

We get loads...I love seeing the little kids all excited and my girls love answering the door giving out treats in their little witches costumes. We decorate the house and play spooky music and pretend to be really scared when we answer the door :)
The only thing that bugs me is the 14/15 year olds in hoodies with just a mask on knocking after 9 just on the scrounge for money. They look proper naffed off when they go away with a bag of sweets lmao.

I get about 200 kids. With the price of candy these days, I wish there would be less.

We get loads, and no matter how many 'treats' we buy the word gets round, more kids come and when we run out of 'treats' - well, that's when the eggs and flour start flying!
Small children (with an accompanied adult) is fine, but teenagers are just too much sometimes.

we don't get any, it's not celebrated much in the country l live in, but my kids (being trendsetters) decided to go last year and the houses they went to were all happy to have trick or treaters!!

We didn't get very many but I did go through almost all the candy so I guess that was a good amount.

We don't have any kids around here. So we don't hand out candy. It used to be nice when there were little kids and babies. I used to give out stuffed animals and chocolate. Those were the days.
