I was late for work once and a guy yelled at me (not my boss). I actually threw a calculator at him. We worked it out though and I apologized for overreacting. We were friends and still are.

Yes, we had a bully...I took her outside and informed her that she would not win this desire to get me fired. She could bully me all she wanted but, having lived w/ the master of intimidation for 24 years I was a stone w/out feelings. Well, I won...she didn't exactly quit bullying me but I IGNORED IT like she wasn't even there. No, I never got fired. ha ha ha

Yep -I once said that I felt bullied by this person. We never got along. But Later, for a totally different reason, that person left anyway.
(I know that it was not me. I was not worth quitting a good job for)

last time I took a stand I got fired, however it felt good not to be pushed around I'd do it again
