How can I play Diablo on my PC without needing to have the CD in?

I want to play with my friend but I only have 1 CD. I'll buy another copy if I have to, but I've never been a big fan of legal. Any hax0rz out ther know of some tricks? I don't need to go on battle.net to play.

Download a programme called daemon tools.
Install the game on to a computer, take out the disk and use daemon tools to mount it on the computer letting you play it without the disk in the pc.
