Could be you are just feeling better. Many of those awful pregnancy symptoms dissappear at the beginning of the 2nd trimester, could be you got there a little early. Pregnancy symptoms disappearing is not a sign of miscarriage. Cramping, bleeding, fever, things like that are. I think you are fine. Enjoy not feeling pregnant, you are one of the lucky ones!

Don't worry, all your early signs of pregnancy have gone because they have run their course, you will start to experience different symptoms now. &probably regain some of the early symptoms too. I started with similar symptoms before I even knew I was pregnant at 5 weeks & my boobs stopped hurting at about 7 weeks & I stopped feeling sick the following week. I didn't have heartburn so I was free of any symptoms until I felt the baby move, can't quite remember when that was though.

Well it's not usual for them to just disappear but it's also not unheard of. I did have on again/ off again symptoms early in pregnancy but they were light to begin with...my doctor has to constantly remind me that there is nothing "normal" when it comes to pregnancy. If you have a normal appointment coming up I would wait and not go in early but if it's going to be some time before your next appointment I would make an earlier one.
Also try not to start freaking out...it will only add more stress to you and your little one. Unfortunately there isn't much they can do if there is a problem since you're so early and each pregnancy there is always a risk (and no that doesn't make it any better it's just something to know). Just continue to follow your doctor's advice and relax as much as possible.

Call your OBGYN or Doctor and tell him/her (or the nurse) exactly what you've typed above. If they're concerned they'll run some blood tests to check your HCG levels or order an ultrasound, perhaps both.
It's hard to say if this is concerning or not because every pregnancy is different. It could just be that your body's adjusted, but it could also be an indication that your hormones are not doing what they're supposed to be doing. Disappearing pregnancy symptoms is something you'll want to report right away.
No need to assume the worse, but I would definitely call my physician's office first thing and see what they think. Your doctor will be the best judge.
Good luck!

Don't worry that your symptoms have gone! Be glad. I get sore boobs everyday and I'm 18 weeks pregnant. I was like you at 9 weeks. The only thing to be worried about is having sharp pains that don't go away and bleeding. But if you don't have anything like that, like I said, be glad as they may come back and you'll wish they hadn't. lol.

Everyone is different, I barely had any Pregnancy symptoms in early pregnancy...think of it as a blessing, and try not to worry too much unless the Doctor tells you to. Good luck.
I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with a boy.

If you're really very worried call your Dr. and get in to be checked out. It's different for everyone, I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 4 months along. But stressing out over it isn't good for the baby so if you might as well go ahead and get into the Dr. just to put your mind at ease.

I was the same. Thank the gods for you blessing! Many women are hugging a toilet bowl right now and very jealous of you!!
If in doubt though, doc should be able to hear a heartbeat on doppler now or within the next 2 weeks. Good luck!

not me personally, but my cousin did not experience any pregnancy symptoms whatsoever, we could hardly tell she was pregnant! Everyone's body reacts differently to pregnancy, so you are probably worried about nothing, but you might want to go see a obgyn to ease your mind.
