Every other boy your age is going through other same thing. There is nothing that can be done about it. Just ignore it and switch your mind to something else.

That use to happen to my husband, till he made the habit of bumping his knee into something. That's a quick downer.
Someone was always coming to our door, and he got into the habit of doing that before he answered the door.
