I am currently 7 weeks postpartum and have been exclusively breastfeeding my second baby. I had only 2 weeks of postpartum bleeding, one week of nothing and then, what seemed like a normal period. My hubby and I started having sex again, w/protection, at 4 weeks postpartum. This past weekend, starting Thurs., I began feeling, well, just not right. My stomach hurt, I was nauseaus, extremely tired, slight cramping, really hungry, and just really moody. This past Monday night, I started having spotting, barely anything, mostly only when I wiped, that went away Tues. afternoon. My question is, how many of you had this similar thing happen to you and ended up being pregnant? I know what the symptoms are and all that, but I just wanted to see if it was some weird thing having to do with breastfeeding. (My first wouldn't breastfeed so I didn't have to deal with this last time around.)
Thank you!

It is possible to be pregnant again my sister-in-law has babies about 10 months apart... You should check with your GYN to make sure your ok... and do not have an infection or are not pregnant..

I think it takes a while for your cycle to come back properly especially if you are exclusively breastfeeding. I would be inclined to think it could still be some leftover Lochia from the birth but it might be worth checking out with your doctor.
It seems a bit strange to me and as you said, not quite right.
